Our Commitment
Coins of America will strive to combine shipments whenever possible, including current stock, non-stock, backorders, special-orders and preordered items. However, due to the time orders are placed, vendor stock availablity, and any other unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to ship items separately. In this case, a $6.95 shipping charge will be incurred on each shipment.

Occasionally a price may be shown as $0.00 indicating that this item pricing has not yet been established due to unknown availability or other factors. In this case, if you order these products, you will be contacted once the item is available for shipping, and you will be notified of the price before shipment. Catalog pricing reflects prices at thet time of publishing and are also subject to change. If you have any questions about the current price of an item please call before ordering.

Coins of America does not accept personal checks. Money orders can be mailed to: Coins of America, 983 Badger Circle, Grafton, WI 53024. Payment must be received before items are shipped. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Terms
A shipping charge of $6.95 will be added to all orders when they ship. Retail orders for in-stock items will ship within one week. All orders ship United States Postal Service or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Saver, and several other options are available for additional charges. Any "unreleased" items will be shipped at a later time and may incur separate shipping charges unless otherwise specified (for example "ship together" or "ship at end of year"). Sales tax will be added to all Wisconsin customers' orders.
Please note: This shipping policy refers to domestic (continental USA) orders only. AK and HI shipping rates are subject to additional charges. All international orders are subject to international shipping policies and may include additional charges.
- Estimated shipment arrivals are based on the UPS Ground map below and should only be regarded as estimates.
- All shipping rates are subject to change.

Viewing Orders
In order to view your orders, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Account” in the upper right hand corner of the site.
- Login using the username and password that you created at the time of your order.
- Your most recent orders will display at the top of your dashboard. However, you can also click on “My Orders” to see all web orders placed since September 1, 2010.
Note: If you chose to checkout as a guest, please contact customer service at 866-461-6812 for order history details.

Updating Your Account Information
In order to update your account details including address, username, password, and more, follow these steps:
- Go to “My Account” in the upper right hand corner of the site.
- Login using the username and password that you previously created.
- Via your dashboard, you can update your contact information, newsletter subscription, and your address book. To do this, click the links that start with “Change” or “Edit” and follow the prompts.
- From the left navigation of “My Account” you can update your account information, address book, product reviews, product tags, and your wishlist. To do this, click on any item in the left navigation and follow the prompts.
Note: If you have not already created an account, click on “Register” to set-up your online account.
