Many of the nation's collectors and American history enthusiasts seek the added value of a pristine uncirculated quarter from each mint. As circulated quarters continue to be difficult to find, these collections will become a premium item. These collections feature both a P and D minted quarter affixed to a 5"x5" trifold card packed with interesting information, fascinating history and vibrant images. These collections make the entire series fit seamlessly together creating a comprehensive and valuable treasure for families and collectors alike. The Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park Quarter’s reverse shows an eruption on the east rift of Kilauea Volcano, capturing the magnificent beauty of the volcano. Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park was established as a national site on August 1, 1916 and is the fourth quarter of 2012. The quarter is part of the U.S. Mint's America the Beautiful Quarters Program TM.

Price Value Quality The Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park Quarter Collection is a little piece of Hawaii. If you love Hawaii and are interested in earth sciences this a definitely a set you should buy. The photography in this product reminds us that beauty can come out of destruction, for it is through the minerals expelled from the Hawaii volcanoes (which is destructive by nature) that Hawaii is so beautiful. The destructed aftermath of an eruption leaves the soil fertile which creates much of the beauty of Hawaii.
